Brussels, 25/02/2016 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission sent reasoned opinions to Greece, the Netherlands and Portugal on Thursday 25 February, urging them to take measures to transpose Directive 2013/30/EU on the safety of offshore oil and gas operations into their respective domestic laws.
