Brussels, 27/01/2016 (Agence Europe) - On Tuesday 26 January, the Italian Minister for the Economy, Pier Carlo Padoan, presented the European Parliament Employment and Social Affairs Committee with the idea of setting up a complementary unemployment insurance mechanism in the Economic and Monetary Union (EMU).
