Brussels, 19/01/2016 (Agence Europe) - The European Parliament would like states that grant illegal state aid through tax breaks to companies not to recover this aid when the Commission decides that a recovery is required in this connection. This is one of the recommendations contained in a report by Werner Langen (EPP, Germany) on competition policy, adopted during the plenary session on Tuesday 19 January.
