Kestutis Lancinskas, a senior Lithuanian police official (Chief of Police of Vilnius County), was on Thursday 7 January appointed by the Political and Security Committee (COPS) as head of the Council mission on the reform of the civil security sector in Ukraine (EUAM Ukraine).
