In an open letter to European Commission president Jean-Claude Juncker, the European Milk Board (EMB) calls for the European Commissioner for Agriculture and Rural Development Phil Hogan to resign. Hogan “does not have a solution and does not want a solution” to resolve the milk crisis, the EMB states. “Dismiss this incapable commissioner”, the letter says. (LC)
