Strasbourg, 24/11/2015 (Agence Europe) - French Secretary of State for European Affairs Harlem Désir travelled to Strasbourg on Tuesday 24 November to urge the European Parliament's main political groups to work towards concluding interinstitutional negotiations on the European PNR before the end of this year.
