16/11/2015 (Agence Europe) - Daily market monitoring tool for farmers. Agriculture Commissioner Phil Hogan presented a new tool on Monday 16 November to monitor agricultural markets. The “agricultural dashboards” (http://ec.europa.eu/agriculture/dashboards/index_en.htm ) offer full access to all available market data through a single page, updated almost daily on the basis of the latest national, European and international data. They will provide farmers and agricultural sector operators the latest information on developments on the dairy, beef, cereals, pigmeat and poultry markets. The aim is to take better advantage of market possibilities and address volatility, the commissioner said. (LC)
