Brussels, 10/11/2015 (Agence Europe) - Visiting Tokyo last week (4-6 November), the European Parliament's delegation from the international trade committee, led by Bernd Lange (S&D, Germany), underlined the Parliament's commitment to the “swift” conclusion of an “ambitious, full and balanced” EU-Japan free trade agreement. The delegation also called for this future agreement to go “further” in some areas than the Transpacific Partnership (TPP) of which Japan is part.
