Brussels, 22/10/2015 (Agence Europe) - On Thursday 22 October, the Commission announced that Luxembourg, Portugal and the Czech Republic had been referred to the Court of Justice of the EU for not having established national electronic registers of road transport undertakings and/or for not having connected them with the national electronic registers of the other member states.
