Brussels, 25/09/2015 (Agence Europe) - At the end of the afternoon on Friday 25 September, Ukraine's Minister for Energy Volodymyr Demchyshyn and his Russian counterpart, Alexander Novak, began their negotiations in Brussels under the mediation of European Commission Vice-President for Energy Union Maros Sefcovic. Their aim was to finalise an agreement on the supply of Russian gas to Ukraine for winter 2015-16.
