Brussels, 27/08/2015 (Agence Europe) - On Thursday 27 August, the European Commission adopted the European Social Fund (ESF) operational programmes for Spain. Emphasis was placed on employment, social integration and education, in view of creating socially and environmentally sustainable growth.
