Brussels. 27/07/2015 (Agence Europe) - The European Consumer Organisation, BEUC, has welcomed the “new deal” for consumers proposed by the European Commission in its summer energy package (see EUROPE 11358).
The organisation welcomes this attention to energy consumers, and urges the Commission to match its words with deeds by ensuring that the announcements are followed up with concrete proposals that upgrade consumer rights.
