During her visit to Morocco on Tuesday 21 July, High Representative of the EU for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Federica Mogherini will speak to those she is meeting about all the serious issues currently on the table - immigration, continuing cooperation as part of the association agreement and the outlook of negotiations for a comprehensive free trade agreement, the barriers to trade, and mobility. The situation in Libya will also be covered, with Rabat having succeeded in an intermediary operation between the various Libyan parties. Indeed, the Libyan parties initialled an agreement in Skhirat (Morocco) on Saturday 11 July on overcoming the crisis - which was welcomed by the EU (see EUROPE 11358). (FB)
