Brussels, 09/07/2015 (Agence Europe) - On Thursday 9 July, the EU Court of Justice ruled against France (case C-63/14) for its failure to recover illegal state aid amounting to €220 million granted to the shipping company SNCM, which is currently in receivership, in compensation for high-season ferry services between Marseille and Corsica from 2007 to 2013.
