Brussels, 02/07/2015 (Agence Europe) - On new grounds, the General Court of the EU on Thursday 2 July once again overturned the decision of the European Commission to classify offers of support from the French state to France Télécom (now Orange) in 2002 and its offer of a shareholder loan in the form of a credit line of €9 billion as state aid.
