Romania in Court for not having emergency gas plan

Brussels, 18/06/2015 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission decided on Thursday 18 June to refer Romania to the EU Court of Justice for failing to adopt an emergency plan in case of gas supply disruption, as required by the 2010 security of gas supply regulation.

Emergency plans set out measures and procedures that come into effect in case of gas supply disruption and which are well coordinated with neighbouring member states. The member states had to adopt these plans already by 3...
