Brussels, 29/05/2015 (Agence Europe) - On Thursday 28 May, the European Commission announced that, despite several calls to order, Poland and Spain have still failed to respect EU rules on the environment and that each of the two countries has received a reasoned opinion (the second stage of the infringement procedure).
They will now have two months to comply, failing which, they could be called to appear before the European Court of Justice (third stage of the procedure).
