26/05/2015 (Agence Europe) - European Parliament committee debate on Kirkhope's PNR report postponed. Initially planned for Tuesday 26 May, the European Parliament's civil liberties (LIBE) committee debate on the draft directive establishing a European PNR system of transferring the data of European air passengers has been postponed to a later date due to the unavailability of Timothy Kirkhope (ECR, UK). Some 836 amendments to the draft report have been tabled. (Solenn Paulic)
