Brussels, 21/05/2015 (Agence Europe) - On 7 May, Russia sent a request to the WTO secretariat general for consultations with the EU about the latter's anti-dumping calculations for imports from Russia.
As the formal starting point in the WTO's dispute settlement procedure, consultations last 60 days - at the end of which, if no satisfactory solution is found between the parties, the complainant can request that the issue be given to a special panel in charge of ruling on the complaint....
