Brussels, 21/05/2015 (Agence Europe) - On Wednesday 20 May, China told the WTO Dispute Settlement Body (DSB) that it had complied with the WTO judgment of August 2014 as part of the complaint by the EU, the US and Japan against Chinese export quotas on rare earths. The judgment summoned Beijing to amend its regulation on exporting rare earths (18 metals which are essential in the manufacture of high technology products - see EUROPE 11135).
