Brussels, 08/05/2015 (Agence Europe) - On Thursday 7 May, European Commissioner for Neighbourhood Policy and Enlargement Negotiations Johannes Hahn said that a common understanding of the association of Serbian municipalities, which must be implemented in Northern Kosovo, was one of the “decisive” elements for Belgrade to make progress in its EU accession negotiations.
