Right to drive in another state may be denied after a serious road traffic offence in that state

Brussels, 23/04/2015 (Agence Europe) - A member state may, under certain conditions, temporarily deny the holder of a driving licence issued by another EU state the right to drive within its borders if that person has committed a serious road traffic offence under national law, the Court of Justice ruled on Thursday 23 April (case C-260/13).
