Brussels, 23/04/2015 (Agence Europe) - Since Thursday 23 April, the Commissioner for Regional Policy, Corina Cretu, has been in the Italian regions of Calabria and Sicily.
The aim of this visit is to officially endorse the action plan for improving the absorption of remaining European funds for the 2007-2013 period (see EUROPE 11293) and discuss structural fund programmes for the 2014-2020 period. (JC)
