30/03/2015 (Agence Europe) - Two Galileo satellites put into orbit. The seventh and eighth Galileo European navigation system satellites were successively put into orbit on 28 March 2015. European Commissioner for the Internal Market Elzbieta Bienkowska was pleased to announce that “we have taken another step to provide Europe with a global satellite navigation system”.
