27/02/2015 (Agence Europe) - New meeting on 5 March. On Friday 27 February, a spokesperson for High Representative of the EU for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Federica Mogherini announced that the political leaders of the E3+3 (Germany, France, United Kingdom and China, United States, Russia) and of Iran are to meet again, in Montreux (Switzerland) on 5 March, to discuss the Iranian nuclear programme. A series of bilateral meetings will be held before these discussions take place. “Negotiations at the diplomatic level will continue to be stepped up in the coming days and weeks”, Mogherini's spokesperson stated. “The EU continues to do its utmost to facilitate the negotiations and to make these negotiations successful”, the spokesperson added.
