Brussels, 16/09/2014 (Agence Europe) - In a phone call during the evening of Monday 15 September, European Commission President José Manuel Barroso and Russia's President Vladimir Putin agreed on the need to continue the dialogue between Brussels and Moscow - both on the issue of the future free-trade agreement between the EU and Ukraine, and on the issue of the gas dispute between Moscow and Kiev.
