Meeting of Western Mediterranean countries

Brussels, 16/09/2014 (Agence Europe) - A meeting of the 5+5 groups (Western Mediterranean) on Libya, extended to neighbouring countries, will take place in Madrid on Wednesday 17 September. Libya is formally a member of the 5+5 group.

As well as Spain, Portugal, France, Italy, Malta, Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia and Mauritania, Chad, Sudan, Greece and Cyprus are also expected to attend. In addition, the Arab League, the Union for the Mediterranean, the EU and the UN have been invited to the...
