Brussels, 27/05/2014 (Agence Europe) - Three individuals and a company that lost some of their savings in Cypriot banks as a result of the bail-in raids on two Cypriot banks are taking action in the European Court of Justice against the European Commission and European Central Bank in cases T-149 to T-152/12, announced in the EU Official Journal of Monday 26 May.
