10/04/2014 (Agence Europe) - Court of Justice working visit to Poland. A European Court of Justice (ECJ) delegation, including President V. Skouris, Vice- President, K. Lenaerts and several judges and lawyers, is on an official visit to Poland on 9-11 April, at the invitation of the Polish constitutional court. The visit includes a meeting with the Polish president, B. Komorowski, attendance at the Polish constitutional court's annual AGM, three working meetings on Thursday 10 April with the constitutional court, supreme court and supreme constitution court on administrative and criminal penalties in ECJ and Polish constitutional court case law; the Charter of Fundamental Rights in the member states; and dialogue between national judges and the European Court of Justice.
