Brussels, 03/04/2014 (Agence Europe) - The issue of decentralisation in Ukraine was generating a lot of heat during the opening of the Committee of the Regions' plenary on Wednesday 2 April.
The acting vice president of Ukraine, Volodymyr Groysman and the European Commissioner for Enlargement, Stefan Füle, debated this subject with members of the advisory body. The EU and Ukraine are determined to co-operate in an effort to successfully conclude this process.
