Moldova - Visa-free regime effective early May

Brussels, 17/03/2014 (Agence Europe) - On Friday 14 March, the Council of Ministers of the EU validated the visa liberalisation regime negotiated with Moldova, whose nationals may now freely travel in the Schengen area for 90 days just with biometric passports. The European Parliament gave its blessing to these modifications on 27 February.
