European Parliament adopts new funding rules for asylum and migration

Brussels, 13/03/2014 (Agence Europe) - By 419 votes in favour to 44 against and 10 abstentions, MEPs adopted a report by Sylvie Guillaume (S&D, France) on Thursday 13 March approving the asylum, migration and integration fund (AMIF) for 2014-2020 and the minimum amount of this funding that each EU country will have to spend on these policies.
