11/03/2014 (Agence Europe) - Catherine Ashton in Bosnia-Herzegovina. High Representative of the EU for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Catherine Ashton will be in Bosnia-Herzegovina on Wednesday 12 March to meet the leaders (members of the presidency of Bosnia-Herzegovina, the chairman of the Council of Ministers and entity prime ministers) and civil society “to hear their views about the situation in the country and how to address the concerns of the people - particularly the economic and social ones”, said Ashton on 11 March. “It is important that the leadership of Bosnia and Herzegovina responds to these concerns, and the European Union will add its support to the efforts that bring real benefits to the people”, she added. Bosnia-Herzegovina will be one of the subjects of the Foreign Affairs Council on 17 March. (CG/transl.fl)
