Go-ahead for technical improvement of biocides regulation

Brussels, 26/02/2014 (Agence Europe) - EU law on the making available on the market and use of biocidal substances (Regulation 528/2012), which has been in force since 1 September 2013, is about to undergo some technical amendments to bring greater clarity and legal security to the market access conditions for these substances. The European Parliament gave its support, in Strasbourg on 25 February, to changes suggested by the Commission on 16 May 2013. In addition to rectifying the errors...
