Brussels, 26/02/2014 (Agence Europe) - Member states' ambassadors to the EU (Coreper) endorsed an informal inter-institutional agreement, on Wednesday 26 February, on a draft directive requiring annual publication, on the part of some large European companies, of information on their social and environmental policies and also on diversity.
