Brussels, 19/02/2014 (Agence Europe) - The forthcoming enactment of legislation criminalising homosexuality in Uganda, and the fact that Uganda's President Yoweri Museveni supports this legislation in the name of morality, greatly concerns High Representative of the EU for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Catherine Ashton.
