Brussels, 10/02/2014 (Agence Europe) - Two heads of state with the same goal. A few hours before meeting in Washington on Monday 10 February, the US president, Barack Obama and his French counterpart François Hollande, informed the press of their joint goal for a global climate agreement that is due to be concluded in Paris next year (COP 21). They both called on all the countries of the world to work towards developing an ambitious global agreement that included all parties.
