Clegg says plans on European migrants in UK are illegal

Brussels, 17/12/2013 (Agence Europe) - UK Deputy Prime Minister Nick Clegg believes that plans from UK Home Secretary Theresa May to regulate the arrival of European migrants are “illegal” and impossible to implement. According to several media, the plans would set a quota of 75,000 people per year.
