Brussels, 10/10/2013 (Agence Europe) - On Thursday 10 October, Janez Potocnik, European Commissioner for the Environment, and Lithuanian Environment Minister Valentinas Mazuronis signed the Minamata Convention on Mercury on behalf of the European Union.
