Brussels, 04/10/2013 (Agence Europe) - On 4 October, 16 EU health ministers urged MEPs to give their approval to the opening of talks on the tobacco directive as soon as possible so that an agreement can be reached before the end of the year. The European Parliament is due to vote on the keenly awaited report by Linda McAvan (S&D, UK) on the matter on 8 October.
