Brussels, 17/09/2013 (Agence Europe) - On 17 September, the European Court of Justice rejected the Council's appeal for an annulment (C-77/11) of an Act decided by the president of the European Parliament on 15 December 2010 establishing the budget for the 2011 tax year.
