Brussels, 17/09/2013 (Agence Europe) - Measures for an immediate one-year ban in the event of major threat or a graduated response depending on the level of risk presented by products and the type of players concerned - that is what the European Commission proposed on Tuesday 17 September to combat the development of new psychoactive substances, known as “legal highs”.
