Brussels, 04/07/2013 (Agence Europe) - By a decision on Thursday 4 July (Case C-287/11 P), the Court of Justice of the European Union rejected an appeal by the European Commission against the General Court's ruling to annul fines imposed on Aalberts Industries NV, Aquatis France SAS and Simplex Armaturen for their participation in a cartel on the copper fittings market (see EUROPE 9269).
