Brussels, 26/06/2013 (Agence Europe) - After the summer break, the European Commission is to publish a discussion document on ways of making sure that all member states respect the fundamental values of the EU, a contribution which is designed to feed into the reflection launched in March of this year by Germany, Finland, Denmark and the Netherlands (see EUROPE 10802).
