26/06/2013 (Agence Europe) - Agri-food: Ardent Mills joint venture set up by ConAgra Foods, Cargill and CHS. On 25 June, the European Commission authorised the creation of a joint venture Ardent Mills Sàrl, active in corn milling and sale of flour in North America, by US agri-food companies ConAgra Foods Inc.(food), Cargill Foods Inc. (food and agri-food) and CHS (energy, crops and food). The deal was examined using the expedited merger control process. (FG/transl.fl)
