26/06/2013 (Agence Europe) - Mergers: PAI Partners/R&R. On 25 June, the European Commission authorised the acquisition of ice cream manufacturer R&R of Luxembourg by French investment fund PAI Partners that specialises in buying up large and medium-sized companies located or managed in Europe. The deal was examined using the expedited merger control process. (FG/transl.fl)
