28/05/2013 (Agence Europe) - EIB and CDP make €600 million available for rebuilding after earthquake in Emilia-Romagna. The European Investment Bank (EIB) and the Cassa Depositi e Prestiti (CDP) signed a €600 million loan in Rome on 22 May for rebuilding industrial infrastructure in areas hit by the earthquake in Emilia-Romagna one year ago. The funds made available will also help to finance the rebuilding and refurbishment of industrial and residential buildings in the region and in neighbouring provinces hit by the earthquake of May 2012.
