PC market in decline - The PC market is declining. According to the latest statistics from International Data Corporation (IDC), international sales of PCs fell by 13.9% in the first quarter of 2013 in relation to the first quarter of 2012 - in other words, 76.3 million units were sold at the beginning of the year.
