At the request of parties to the dispute that pitches the United States against the EU and some of its member states on their support to the European aircraft manufacturer Airbus (DS316), the WTO special panel responsible for ruling on the complaint has agreed to show a video recording of the non-confidential parts of the hearing that will take place at the WTO headquarters on 16-17 April. The public screening will take place on 18 April, and will continue if necessary on 19 April, subject to the parties' final approval that the recording does not contain confidential business information or highly sensitive business information, the WTO states.
