Brussels, 19/03/2013 (Agence Europe) - On Monday 18 March, the Court of Justice of the EU held a formal sitting on the occasion of the entry into office of Carl Wetter, who has been appointed judge at the General Court. Wetter was appointed on 6 March by member state representatives following the resignation of Nils Wahl, who has become advocate general to the Court of Justice, until 31 August 2013.
